Access crashing when sending Outlook mail

W2000 client, Office XP, Access 2002 MDE on client, mdb on server.

If this particular client runs the mde, Access will crash at the point of
sending an email through Outlook. If I open the front end MDB in Access
itself, the application runs without a problem.

Any ideas where I can look to fix this problem. W2000 has all the latest
updates as does Office.
