Administrators can access computer management from any
windows 2000 computer in a domain. How can I make a
regular user have access to computer management of the
network pcs without making the user a member of the
administrator group.

They should already have access but be limited in what they can see/do. They must be
in the "local" administrators group on the computer they are trying to access to be
able to have full use of Computer Management. You can add a users domain account to
the local administrators group on any or all computers [except domain controllers] in
the domain if you have a user that you want to manage domain computers without being
a domain administrator. --- Steve
