Access Combo Box display

I created a combo box on a form based on a table in the database. The table
is in the database - not linked from another location. The combo box
displays 4 fields but when I place the database on a shared server for others
to use only some of them can see all 4 fields. I have gone into properties
on one of these machines and the combo box works buts does not display 2 of
the 4 columns. The query in properties under row source can be accessed and
displays all 4 fields. The column count and column widths are set properly
to display the information.

I am at a lost as to why it works on some machines and not others?

Is this Access 2003, by any chance? Maybe the computers with the problem
have installed Service Pack 3, but have not installed this post-service-pack
hotfix:
