Access Capabilities?

My company publishes a phone directory of attorneys.
Would Access be able to create customized fields (First
Name, Last Name, Address, Phone, Fax, E-mail) and output a
product that could be published as a hard copy of a
directory? Thanks for your help.

basic computer skills

Certainly; that would be a very simple Report, provided the
information existed in your database in the first place.
