Start a query on your table. Click the Totals button on the toolbar (Greek
Sigma) or choose Totals from the View menu. Add the fields you want, and
choose Avg on the Totals line under the field you want to average. Ditto
Sum, Min, Max, etc. You can include a field multiple times if you want to
do several different calculations - such as the Avg and the Sum.
