We have a girl out on maternity leave & want to give another girl complete
access to her mail account.
What is the best way to do this?
We're running Exchange 2003 & Outlook 2003

1) Use ADUC to grant proper permission
2) Ask for user's login name and password, use OWA (or Outlook) to access
her email

Granted the permissions, but how can I get the user's mailbox to show
up in Outlook?
I had it set up to see via OWA, but someone has to see the emails the
second they show up!

Add the mailbox to the user's mailbox - Control Panel->Mail
Icon->Accounts->Change->Advanced-> add the mailbox here.
