I have created a table called tblecontacts from outlook contacts on
another users machine, when I open the data base on another machine it
give me a "MAPI folder or address book not found" message and does not
show the users contacts, Is there a way that this tblecontacts can
still be linked to outlook but also available to stipualted users on
the network, what should I do to accomplish this so that whatever
machine I am on the network it can see the contacts

The best way is to create a public folder using an Exchange server. You can
also try sharing the local contacts folder in Outlook, giving all users of
Access rights, but I can't guarantee that this would work. Your best bet is
to export the data to the Access file and periodically recreate it.
