Access and Calendars

Hello. Is there a way to link data from access to a
calendar? For example if I wanted to create a calendar
with meetings, projects and deadlines, but didn't want to
type items over and over again into each cell, is it
possible to just drop the data into access and have it
appear in the calendar?

Certainly, but you are describing something that other programs, such as
Outlook, do quite well.
Unless you have a specific need the time invested in doing a custom version
will rarely be worth the effort.
