Hi,

I just forgot the character that I should type to access another computer's
disk space. For example, if I want to access a computer, say DD, then in
windows explorer I should type something similar to the one below and then
XP will ask me login user id/password. The $ below is wrong. But what
should it be? Can someone point the document for it? Thanks for any help.

The "$" should be the name of the share you wish to access (the share you
setup.)

You can utilize the administrative shares, if you so desire...

\\computername\driveletter$

i.e.: \\DD\c$

Thanks, Shenan. The "administrative share" is exactly what I was looking
for. I am a little frustrated that I am not able to find document for it.
There must be some relative information other than "administrative share"
that might be useful. If anybody can point me the docuement or right terms
I would appreciate it. Thanks for any further help.
