I developed a database application in Access 97 at my
office. It has worked fine for several years as a network
application (both the data and the programs are in one mdb
residing on the network.) It is able to be opened and
used; however, it would not perform an operation utilizing
a maketable query this week. It is not able to look at the
tables. It gives an error message: "Operation invalid
without a currect index" and no table names appear in the
table block. The last backup, unfortunately, was made 2
months ago. That backup is able to be opened and the
tables looked at. Is there anything that can be done with
the current mdb file? Or must I utilize the backup copy?
