Does anyone know of an add-in for Access 97 that allows
reporting on usage statistics for db objects?

I am looking to see how often a query or a report is used
in an access MDB. Have googled it already but didn't find
anything.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

How frequently it's used, over time? I doubt very much that this
information is recorded anywhere, unless you write your own code in a
Form or Report to record it.
 
Are you talking about how many times a query or report is run, or how many
times in your application a particular query or report is called from your
code?

I'm not aware of anything for the former: you may have to write your own.

For the latter, though, take a look at Total Access Analyzer from FMS
