Access 97 versus Access 2003

We have a database that was created in Access 97, however our company is
getting ready to switch to Office 2003, which I believe comes with Access
2003. Can you tell me if the 97 database will be able to convert to 2003? If
so, so I have to do anything special?

For the vast majority of Access 97 applications, all you need to is open the
MDB file in Access 2003 and let it convert it for you.
