Access 97 Upgrade consideration

I am ready to upgrade my Access 97, I have several custom programs, my largest table has 50,000 records, we have not more then 30 systems, I am using Terminal Server on 5 connections. Should I consoider SQL Sever? Does anyone know of a comparison chart showing Pro's and Con's of using Access only vs SQL Server?
 
The considerations are so many, and the issues so unique to a particular
design/implementation/environment that there are just no "rules of thumb". I
see nothing in your description, however, that can't be handily taken care
of with any version of Access.

However, one comment: if Access 97 is working just fine now, what compelling
reason to change do you have? It will soon be "out of support", but the
question you need to ask about that is "How many support calls have I had to
make to Microsoft on this?"

I have had perfectly good luck with Access 2002 and the Beta Test 2 version
of Access 2003, however, so I think either of those would be a smooth
upgrade.

In addition to what Larry said, Access 2000 and on supports MSDE -
essentially SQL 7 "lite". If you don't need industrial grade SQL, MSDE may
fully meet your needs and allows you to integrate with SQL systems.
