Access 97 System Table Help

I have a system table in a access 97 database that has
lost most of its data. It is the MSysRelationships
table. When I go into the relationships and add the
relationships back the do not get added to the table and
are gone when I go back into the relationsips.

Your database is corrupt, probably irretrievably.

Create a new database, and import everything from this database into
it; when you import the tables, do NOT import the relationships
(that's one of the options). Recreate the relationships in the new
database.
