Access 97 Error

"Microsoft Access can't start because there is no license for it on this
machine"

Is the error I get when I try and run Microsoft Access 97. I have
re-installed office and run service pack 1 and 2. I have never seen this
error before can anyone help me.

about this.

The fix I always use is renaming the Hatten.ttf and then re-installing
Access 97.
