Access 2K report question - page break issue

I have a little report that I need to be broken out by manager.

The report is grouped by Manager, then by department, with the detail
following the department. I would like the report to generate a page break
after each manager's department's data has been printed. How do I make this
happen?

E.g. Manager A, Department A - page break
Manager A, Department B - PB
Manager B, Department A - PB
Manager B, Department B - PB... etc.

Set the Department group's header sectiom's ForceNewPage
property to Before section.
