Access 2K - page break report

I have a little report that I need to be broken out by manager.

The report is grouped by Manager, then by department, with the detail
following the department. I would like the report to generate a page break
after each manager's department's data has been printed. How do I make this
happen?

As an example, Manager A would see a report with only her name that is
categorized by each department she is responsible for. Likewise with Manager
B, neither manager seeing the other's information.

Set the Manager's Group Header ForceNewPage property to Before Section.
Or ...
The Manager's Group Footer ForceNewPage to After Section.
