I have designed a report that has to groupings and an appropriate sort order
for each group. The footer sums and counts items. I have set the group
settings to "Do not keep together an the Groups and Sorts.

Problem the 1st page of the report looks great. Then there are 2 blank pages
and on the fourth page the report continues, then 2 more blank pages etc.
etc. etc.
The second page which prints on the fourth piece of paper says it is:" Page
2 of 232"

Hope someone can solve this annoying dilema.

Jim,

Do you have all of the Office 2007 updates installed? I found that this
solved a lot of issues I had with Access. Also check that there isn't some
object (such as a line) extending to the right, making the page larger than
8" (or whatever the size should be). I haven't had any problems with
reports.

God Bless,

Mark

Thank you Mark, I have everything printing as I want it. The overall grid was
too wide for the page, so I brought in down to the page width and the problem
was solved.

I have a new problem with a nested IIF expression not evaluating 2nd
condition. If you get a chance to look at my new post, I would appreciate any
comment you might have.

Regards,

Jim
