Access 2007 numlock toggle issue

We have one user that when she enters information in the database will
suddenly find her numlock off. I have watched her enter the information and
she isn't hitting the numlock key. She enters some numbers hits tab, enters
some info, hits tab and then enters more numbers, tab again to a new row only
to have her num lock toggle off. I had her try using enter instead, same
issue. There are three other people who use this same database and they do
not have a problem with it. We have tried changing out keyboards, but that
did not work either. Has anyone heard of this issue before? The database
was originally a 2002 before it was updated to 2007 and her machine is a
VISTA. Short of adding a bit of code to force it to stay on does anyone here
heard of this? Did you find a solution? Thank you in advance!
 
Originally designed the Database in Access97 with no problems. Moved to Office 2003 and converted my yearly bases to 2003 with the problem of NumLock and Caps toggling off initially when I started to enter data from a lookup table. Only did it on first record so, I considered it a nuisance but workable without weeks of research on how to solve. I was able to find some info on the subject with reference to problems with Lookup Tables.

Upgraded? to Office 2007,along with Windows 7 and, now both Numlock and Caps toggle off for each record entered.

I'll let you know if I find a solution. Please reciprocate.
