Access 2007 Not Responding

I design a lot of queries by connecting to our ERP system thru an ODBC
connection. I have always been able to link at least 2 tables together and
retrieve data with no problem. However, since our company now uses ACCESS
2007, my queries seem to cause ACCESS to NOT RESPOND.

Does anyone know what the problem is and a what a solution could be?
