Access 2007 Import a DBF file

I have a .DBF file that imports into Access 2003. It will not import into
Access 2007 using Import > More > dBase file. I wish to import into a new
table.

The error message is "The Microsoft Office Access database engine could not
find the object 'CulvertData'. make sure the object exists and that you
spell its name and path name correctly" I have double checked the path and
filename.
