Access 2007 grid problem ????

I have a report cube build from 25 text boxes (5 x 5) that contain
numbers (with colored backgrounds).
The text boxes are supposed to be adjacent to each other ... no space in
between. (It looks almost like the side of a Rubiks Cube; but with 5
rows/columns instead of 3 rows/columns.)
The current size of the individual text boxes is 0.250" wide by 0.283" high.
My problem is that there is a small space between rows 1&2 and rows 4&5.
There is no problem with spacing vertically.
When I check the properties of each of the text boxes ...they are the
same size.
I have individually snapped each of them to grid.
I am guessing my problem has something to do with multiples of 0.283
(the height)?
At any rate, I cannot even find what the grid size is or how to change it?
Suggestions PLEASE!

I don't have (and don't want!) Acc2007 so this could be unique to that, but
when I have had this, there has usually been a forgotten Line control in my
report, holding the report's Section slightly open.
Orcould it be that the Snap to Grid is causing the problem?
If you select the whole row of text boxes, by clicking in the left margin,
do they all show the same Top value

I bet it's look great when it's finished Bob, I loved those Rubiks Cubes!

Bob,

You could make two textboxes flush by selecting them and aligning them
either top or bottom, left or right. Also check your border colors and
sizes.

Does anyone know if the grid spacing is changeable?

I kept adjusting them and finally got them looking ok for now; but, I
still do not know what was causing the problem. All of the individual
cubes were the same size ??? The Snap to grid possibly has some issues?

That was how I built it up in the first place; then, somehow there was
two gaps. I have it in an OK state and the moment, but for no real good
reason. Just having it working does not make me feel all that
comfortable, since, I am not sure how I fixed it or what the root cause was.

I am still trying to find if the grid spacing (Horz and Vert) is
changeable?

On the report property sheet, set the grid with the GridX and GridY
propeties. Enter an integer from 1-64.

God Bless,

Mark

Thanks for the info! I got distracted from the problem and will get back
on it this weekend.
I had Access 2000 before I bought Access 2007. I'm finding that there
is both good and bad with 2007 ... (at the moment, I think the good and
bad are breaking about even).
Thanks Again!
Bob
