I attempted to create a relationship b/t 2 tables and somehow disabled my
form. My form still exists, but all fields are grayed out and I'm unable to
enter any data. I thought it would have to do with a property setting but I
cannot seem to figure it out. Can anyone help me?

I have limited access experience so please let me know what other info you
need to answer this questions.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

What steps did you take in your attempted to create a relationship b/t 2
tables?
Was the relationship created? What kind of relationship?

Can you run the query that is the source for the form?

I was prompted to create a relationship when I added a field from another
table.

I have since removed all relationships.

Most of research indicates the form may be locked, but i've gone thru the
steps to ensure locked is not on and enable is yes.

I've tried compacting and repairing also.

Not finding much when I google it. I see my data, but the entire form is
grayed out. I have 4 tabs and I'm unable to click through them in form view.
But can in design mode. I've checked all property settings and they seem to
be in order.

Is it possible I broke it? :-(

Thanks for your help

Not finding much when I google it.
How are you googling the form?
Can you see the data displayed on the form?

I asked 'Can you run the query that is the source for the form?' but I gues
you are using the wizard without a query.
I suggest you need to delete it and start over.

I'm googling issues with forms to find similiar problems/fixes - dimmed out,
grayed out, locked, etc.

All of my data is visible - and I can scroll through the records, just can't
click on any fields.

Hoping not to delete and start over - I have 4 tabs worth of data - it's a
bit daunting to start from scratch.

I do appreciate your time...thank you very much.
