Hi, James.
Will the new Access 2007 be able to use more that 3 conditional formats?
It has three conditional formats, as well as the default, so there's four
different formatting combinations available. But you've always been able to
use more than four formats, even in versions of Access that predate Access
2000, which introduced conditional formatting. With text box formatting
techniques you have more flexibility, as well as more formatting
combinations, than is available with conditional formatting.
