Hi all,

I have created my new database. I am using email to import information from
my customers so I can keep better track of items I get in for
repairs/replacement.

The email part is working but does not look good.

My question is as follows.

Can I change the layout access 2007 uses for sending emails to my customers?

The current layout does not look great at all and I would like to be able to
change it to reflect the paper forms we currently use. The idea is to move
from paper to digital forms and so far I have not been able to change the
layout.

Any help is greatly appreciated
Thanks
David

Hi David,

Are you referring to the "Access Data Replies" option via email? In that
case you would have noticed that there are two options to choose from. The
HTML-option and the InfoPath option. The first doesn't have any option to get
creative. What you see is what you get. The second option gives you all the
creativity you might need but you have to make the form using InfoPath. This
makes the option of making all forms digital within reach. Problem with
option two however is that the [receiver] has to have a copy of InfoPath on
his pc for this to work. If not all creativity is lost.
