What can I do to restrict user access to data? I've just come back to
Microsoft Access after a lengthy vacation and wonder how folks deal
without User Level Security in Access 2007 .ACCDB databases. It's not
hard to find that by holding down the space key when launching Access
the locked down menus and tool bars can be restored. It seems to me
that Microsoft has given up on limiting access to data, but; I write
to you hoping that I've overlooked something.

I look forward to hearing from you,

ULS was never very secure anyway. If you want to use it you can with
Access 2007, but have to stay with the MDB file format. When you need
"real" security of the data you need a server style engine.
