PC replaced and apparently imaged successfully, but Snapshot Viewer control
from old machine no longer works after user's PC was replaced - gives
following error

"Setup cannot find the required files. Check your connection to the
network, or CD-ROM drive. For other potential solutions to this problem, see
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\1033\SETUP.HLP."

No problems found in network connectivity, control properties, paths.

Re-installed MS Office, but no change.

i can't help you *fix* the posted problem, sorry. but since nobody else has
posted a possible fix, you might consider "working around" the problem by
printing your report(s) to PDF files instead of to SNP files. at work, i use
the Acrobat Distiller, which i assume is part of the Adobe Acrobat software.
also, you can buy PDF conversion utilites (i use CutePDF at home). or you
can Stephen Lebans' function from his website, see
http://www.lebans.com/reporttopdf.htm
