Access 2003 won't create reports.

I try to create a report in Access 2003, but it keeps telling me it's unable
to do so. I also cannot open the design view to create one.

Do you have a printer installed? This has happened to me when there was no
valid printer driver.
 
Yes, but it is a Network printer. I think the problem is that Access does
not see it and I don't know how to get Access to recognize it. I installed a
driver to an empty port and set it as the default. Access would let me
create the report, but now I can't print. Any ideas?
