Access 2003 Subdatasheet Property

I have an access 2000 database of tables only (backend for 2000 and 2003
users).
When I open the database in 2003, it will let me change the subdatasheet
property
of tables to [None] but it doesn't stick, they keep switching back to [Auto]
I can do it if I open them in 2000. Anyone know why this happens and how to
fix it?

1. Set the subdatasheetname to [None] in the back end.

2. Make sure that you unchecked the Name AutoCorrect boxes under:
Tools | Options | General
and them compact the database.
