looking for a template for access 2003 to process purchase orders to our
vendors

Have you tried a Google on...
"Microsoft Access" "2003" "templates" "purchase order"
That might be the quickest way to see what might be available out there...
You might also try a Google Groups microsoft.public.access* search,
although, unfortunately, Google Group searching can be very unreliable.
