I have a DB that we have been running for years. It has several customers and
they are listed by their system serial number. When I open a ticket for them
I select the system serial no. from a drop down list, which then pulls up all
their info and such. The problem is when I select this drop list od SNs they
do not show up in the box. They are there because I can select an open area
and it will populate the info, but it is hard to choose the right one without
seeing it. As I said, the list is there, just can't see it.
It is something that has just happened recently to cause this problem. I
have tried to run recover on the file, but it made no difference. I also took
it to another machine and it is also this way.
