I have an Access 2000 App going to Access 2003.

In Access 2000, using the following "Map Symbols" resulted in...
"#" (Stored as "#", but displays on a Form as a "Filled-in Circle")

"+" (Stored as "+", but displays on a Form as a "Delta")

In Access 2003, using the following "Map Symbols" resulted in...
"#" (Stored as "#", but displays on a Form as a "#")

"+" (Stored as "+", but displays on a Form as a "+")

Does anyone have a recommendation for me to get Access 2003
to store...
"#" (Stored as "#", but displays on a Form as a "Filled-in Circle")

"+" (Stored as "+", but displays on a Form as a "Delta")

TIA - Bob

I don't have an answer for you, but what you've described is
the effect you'd get if the 2003 machine did not have the
map symbols font installed. In that case, Windows ,not
Access, will substitute some other font.

Marsh - Thank you.
