Access 2003. How do I filter a report?

I have a PC database the includes PC's in use as well as ones that have been
disposed. I need to create a report that only list PC's that haven;t been
disposed.

How do I do this?

I have looked at alot of posts here but I can;t make sense of them.

Please treat me as a beginner and explain how I can create a report that
does not show any disposed PC.
 
You need to tell us something about your records. What are you storing in
your records that can be used to identify different PCs? We need field names
with their data types.
