Access 2003 Email Addresses

I need to get email addresses from access 2003 database
into sbc yahoo dsl email inorder to send mass email. Can
anyone walk me through this?
 
Does your SBC/Yahoo email client have the capability to import contacts
and/or email addresses from some external file? If so, what type of file?
comma-delimited text, fixed-width text, spreadsheet, DBF type file, or
other?

If you can let us know what SBC/Yahoo's requirements are for import, we can
probably create an export file.
