Is Access 2003 compatible with Access 2002?
I use Access 2002 at work and would lime to bring work home to an Access 2003 program.

Yes. A2003 uses the same file format as 2002.

A2003 software can use MDB file in A2000 / A2002 file format. However, you
need to make sure that you don't use any new feature in A2003 (check what's
new in Access Help) as if you do, this feature won't work when you try to
use it in A2002.
