Access 2003 and Vista

I have changed to Win Vista on my computer.
I have the same Access application on both my laptop and my stationary.
I get some errors on the Vista machine that do not appear on my laptop (Win
XP)
I tried to make a ew db on my Vista machine. A sïmple form with only a close
button.
I get the error (translated from Norwegian)
'The expression By Click as given ....gave the error Object or class does
not support the set of events.
How do I deal with this problem?

Try creating a shortcut to msaccess.exe with the Run As Administrator box
checked.
