ACCESS 2002

I HAVE JUST REINSTALLED MS OFFICE XP PROFESSIONAL AND CAN
ONLY OPEN NEW ACCESS DOC IN DESIGN VIEW. I HAVE CHECKED
TO SEE IF I HAVE DOWNLOADED ALL WIZARDS AND EVERYTHING
WAS FINE. SO WHY CAN'T I OPEN A NEW TABLE OR REPORT IN
WIZARD VIEW? ANY IDEAS?
