Yup. Open the database and click on "Tools" then "Startup." You can select a
specific form to open up when you open the database, and can even select
whether or not the backend database itself should open. Toy around with the
different options to see what each one takes away. I'd suggest you take one
away at a time, then go back in and put it back and take something else away,
this way you can see what each change does.
Don't worry, if you make a change you don't like. For example, one selection
will make it so you cannot get back to Tools: Startup. No problem, though.
Just hold down the shift key as you open the database and it will let you see
everything again, as well as change the start up options.
By the way, this isn't a very good solution if you need to secure the
database, so if that is why you are asking, this is not a good idea. If any
of your users know about the shift key trick, they'll get into your backend
database. If you need your database to be secure, you should read up on user
level security instead of trying to achieve it this way.
