In the Datasheet View, those 2 columns just show: #ERROR as the data. In
the Form View, those show correct quantities for each record.
If I try to generate a report, it will show #ERROR too, I believe.
I guess the Sub-form is where you enter a date, and the qty you recieve ,
qty sold, and its suppose to come up with a qty on order, and a qty on
hand.
The qty on hand shows up fine in the normal form view like I said, and I
would like it to be able to show up in a report. The other field, qty on
order is not as important, but if it has to be changed with the fix for
the
other field, I will do it.

| Apparently you have a form with a subform. The form has two text boxes
on
it
| that refer to controls on the subform.
|
| What is the error? Do you get an error only when there are no matching
| records in the subform?
