Access 2002 compatability`

Is it possible to purchase any software that Downgrades
Access 2002 to Access 2000. I just purchased Access2002
and it is NOT compatable with my networked Access 2000. I
am afraid that I will loose my datebase (Access 2000). I
also fear that if I am forced to purchase an upgrade
(2000 to 2002) on another networked computer that it will
botch up my 2000 database. Any suggestions?
 
I develop on a computer with multiple operating systems and versions of
Office. I develop my 2002 files for clients having 2000 on their machines
and have no trouble at all ... provided:

1. All machines are fully patched and have the latest Service Packs

2. No one is runing Windows ME
