I have a report created in Access 2002 using the Access
2000 file format. I next copy the .mdb file to a PC using
Access 2000. Now the report won't run. Queries run and
open a table runs, but the report just sits there.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.........

"Just sits there" _when_ and _under what conditions_? Did you try opening it
from the database window? Did you try opening it from code with
DoCmd.OpenReport?

Are you sure that you didn't use any Access features that
are new in A2002 an didn't exist in A2000?

Can you open the report open in design view on the A2000
machine? If so, does its module compile without error?

This approach is fraught with uncertainties, it's much safer
to develop your application in the oldest version and
convert it to the newer versions. Even with this, extensive
testing the converted app on the newer version is required.
