Hi all,

I used Database Utility to convert the Access program
that I developed from Access 2000 to Access XP.

I have a field using =Date() to show current Date in my
report. After converting to Access XP, it prompts me to
Enter Parameter Value on this =Date() field when I run the
report. As soon as I delete this field the problem is
gone and the report runs just fine. However, I'll need
this field to indicate the current date on the report.
How do I fix this =Date() field, so the report can be run
perfectly just like in 2000 format? Is there any change
of showing Today's date expression in Access XP?

Thank you so much~

Annie

HI Annie.

There was no change in the Date() function between 2000 and XP, so the fact
that it is not working for you suggests a problem with references.

Press Ctrl+G to open the Immediate window.
Choose References from the Tools menu.
Look for anything marked "MISSING".
