ACCESS 2000 - how do i table link to outlook Tasks sebject field

When table linking to outlook Tasks, it omits the subject field. How can i
get the link table to include the subject field.
 
if you found the answer, maybe you also know how to link your contacts into
an access file. i follow the direction within Access, all the data is there
but not all the field, especialy the categories one.
if you have any suggestion, i will listen.

I'm also looking into a way of modifying the content of the category field in
outlook from an access table and so far it looks like this field is not
available through a linked table in access.
