Access 2000 Forms

Is it possible to develop a form in Access 2000 that can be sent as an attachment to an email? I have designed a form and a data base, how can I get my users to send me data without giving them the database as well as the form? The database would be stripped by our email protocol.
 
At the very least you would have to send an almost blank database with the
new form in it. They would have to be told how to import the form from your
new database to their database. Can't you zip the file - most email systems
allow this? Or you could change the extension and require them to change it
back before they did anything with it.
