Access 2000 database used in Access 2002

Hi,

I have a database written in Access 2000.
I am sending it to someone that is using Access 2002.
Since I do not have Access 2002... I'm not sure what type of problems (if
any) or what they will have to do inorder to use the database file.
Is it better to send an mde file or the mdb file??
If anyone knows of any known problems or things they will need to do prior
to using it...please let me know.
I really appreciate any advise on this...

Go ahead and send them the .mdb file. They will be able
to open it just fine.
