Access 200 asking me logon to open the application

Im getting a logon message every time I try to use access even to create a
new database...
Does any one know how to remove this... As I cannot find out what the logon
it is not a password to use a database but to use the application..

You are joined by default to a workgroup file where the Admin user has a
password set.

I would start by doing a search on your computer for all *.mdw files, and
note their locations.

Then use the workgroup administrator to see which one you are joined to
currently. The WA is in the Tools, Security menu in Access 2002 and 2003.
If you are using 2000, then use Start, Run, wrkgadm.exe to start the WA.

It will show you the workgroup you are currently joined to by default. Try
joining the standard system.mdw that ships with Access (its location depends
on version/operating system) - it'll be one of the ones you found in your
search.
