Access 2.0 Security

I have also posted this question over on Access conversion page but I
would like ot ask this question here as well.

I have an old Access 2.0 database that has security attached to it. I
am trying to upgrade it to Access 97 or higher but I am having trouble
removing security from Access 2.0.

I have read a few other posts here about granting permissions for all
users so security is removed but that has not allowed me to get access
to the objects to look at them before converting. It always comes up as
"You do not have permission to access/open this object etc."

I suspect I have not been doing the security removal appropriately but
it has been so long since I have been in Access 2.0 that I forget how to
do all of that.

Any help would be great.

You need to find & join the original workgroup information file (MDW) that
was used to secure the 2.0 database. If you could desecure it using >any<
workgroup file, the security would be worthless, no?
