accepting meeting defaults to series?

One of our Outlook users is having a curious problem. When she accepts
a meeting generated by someone else it automatically makes it a series
in her calendar (vs. a single meeting as intended). (not for anyone
else, however) Is there some setting she may have inadvertantly
adjusted that can be fixed?

Here's a snip from a recent post from Milly:

Is this on a new Dell MCE? If yes, then go to Control Panel->Add/Remove
Programs and remove Cyberlink Outlookaddinsetup.

Does she have a Dell? Have her open Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs
and uninstall the Cyberlink Outlookaddinsetup program.
