Accepting appointments

I have tried to send appointments from Outlook 2003 to
Outlook 2000. All I get is jibberish, the header and
email data. I can send appointments from Outlook 2000 to
Outlook 2003. IS THERE SOMETHING I AM DOING WRONG????
Or is it that the two versions are not compatible?

I can send appointments to different users on same PC
(Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2000 to Outlook
2000.

It is a bug in Outlook 2000 - just uncheck the reminder in the appointment
before you send it out from Outlook 2003 and 2002.
