Accepted Invitation Is Not Displaying On Calendar

We have a user who, after accepting a meeting invitation, does not have have
the appointment on her calendar. Any ideas as to why this would happen? We
are using Outlook 2003 and SP2 has been installed.
 
does she have more than one calendar in her mailbox? if not, is there a
filter enabled that could be hiding it?
